Compare film and finished tape options
Choose the supply format first: a full-width film roll for your own production, or finished tape and cut pieces ready for your layout. The standard PET/PVC film range is 1.24 m × 50 m (62 m² per full roll). Custom slitting, sheets, shapes and die cutting are available.

4, 6, 8 or 10-hour afterglow: what should you order?
The standard film range offers nominal 4, 6, 8 and 10-hour options. Select the required grade with the material and color. The colored product listed above is the 6-hour version; the four duration options do not automatically apply to every colored film or tape. Brightness fades after charging, so evaluate samples under the same lighting and viewing conditions.
Why do some catalog pages show a different roll size?
Some catalog versions list 1.24 m × 45.7 m or 1.22 m × 45.7 m. Keep the exact product link with your inquiry and state whether you need its listed dimensions or a 1.24 m × 50 m standard-range roll. This separates different supply versions and prevents a film-roll size from being confused with a converted tape size.
Example inquiry: “I need PVC photoluminescent film for printed evacuation plans, 1.24 m × 50 m, ___-hour grade, ___ rolls, for delivery to ___. My printer and ink system are ___.” For PET cut graphics, add the shape drawing and quantity per design.

6-hour colored film
The listed colored range is 0.38 mm thick and supplied in 1.24 m × 50 m rolls. Choose the daylight/glow color pair and discuss PET or PVC construction for that color.
PVC for printed graphics
Provide your actual printer and ink system so sample compatibility can be reviewed before a production run.
Plan the finished graphic
Printed evacuation plans and signs: send sheet size, artwork, languages, symbols and print coverage. Identify the film order, printing service and rigid sign backing as separate requirements.
Cut letters and labels: send a vector outline, the smallest detail and finished dimensions. Specify individual pieces, sheets or rolls, and whether shapes should remain on a liner.
Converted strips: provide width, length, quantity, pattern repeat and arrow direction. Include the installation substrate and expected cleaning or exposure conditions.
Compare afterglow on the same basis
Photoluminescent film absorbs light and releases a fading glow after the light source is removed. A nominal duration is an option label, not a promise of constant brightness. Ask for the selected grade, charging conditions and measured luminance at the times required by your project.
For regulated signs or evacuation plans, supply the project specification and request applicable data for the exact film. Day/night photographs help compare appearance; they do not replace measured performance or approval documents.
Review a sample with your production process
Evaluate the unprinted material, then a sample made with your intended ink, artwork and cutting settings. Check legibility, daytime color, afterglow appearance and adhesion to the intended surface. Record the approved construction and process for the bulk order.
Is the daytime color always the glow color?
No. The colored-film range includes different daylight and afterglow combinations. Specify both colors and review the product comparison photographs when choosing a sample.
Can you supply custom sizes and shapes?
Custom slitting and cut shapes can be discussed from your dimensions or drawing. Include quantities per design when there is more than one shape.
