Define the design before production
The shown arrow product uses PET reflective film, 0.42 mm listed thickness and a 30 cm × 85 m listed format. Colors, dimensions and arrow layouts can be customized.
For individual stickers, provide the dimensions of each piece. For continuous material, provide roll width, length and pattern repeat. In this example, the yellow area is reflective and the black arrows are printed contrast areas.
From your artwork to an agreed order
01 · Define the requirement. Tell us whether you need raw film, slit rolls, printed material, individual stickers or finished signs. Include the intended surface, application and delivery country.
02 · Review artwork and material. Provide a vector file where available, with dimensions, colors, text, language and arrow direction. Identify the areas that must remain reflective or luminous. The film and printing process are reviewed together.
03 · Agree a sample. Confirm sample availability, charges and shipping arrangements. Review appearance, dimensions, printing, cutting and intended-surface adhesion before finalizing the version.
04 · Confirm production and packaging. Agree the specification, quantity per design, labels, inner packing, carton details and lead time. Keep the approved artwork and sample reference attached to the order.

Send the color reference, artwork and label or carton design with the quantity. Available options and sample requirements are confirmed for the selected material.
What determines the minimum order and lead time?
Material, conversion process, designs, quantities and packing requirements affect the quotation. Provide quantities per version so a mixed-design request is not mistaken for one repeated design.
Can all printed colors be reflective?
Specify which areas must reflect light. A printed dark area and a reflective colored area can perform differently. Review a sample of the exact color and printing construction.
