Give the supplier a clear product brief
A useful quotation starts with a clear description of the application. Tell us where the material will be used, what surface it will be applied to, and whether you need reflective or photoluminescent performance.
Next, provide the required width, length, color and quantity. If your project involves printing, custom dimensions or specific packaging, describe the desired result. Drawings, reference images and applicable technical specifications can help clarify the request.
Our team can use these details to discuss suitable options and prepare an order-specific quotation. Before placing an order, confirm the agreed specifications, pricing, minimum quantity, delivery arrangements and required documentation. Custom requirements and timing are assessed for each enquiry.
What to include in your enquiry
| Item | Details to send |
|---|---|
| Product | Product link or model, and whether you need reflective or glow-in-the-dark material. |
| Application | Vehicle marking, sign making, labels or another use; include the surface and environment. |
| Dimensions | Roll width and length, thickness requirement where known, or a dimensioned drawing. |
| Color and artwork | Color sequence, symbol direction, repeat length, text language and an artwork file. |
| Quantity | Roll or sheet quantity for the first order and any separate repeat-order estimate. |
| Packaging | Roll labels, individual packing and outer-carton requirements. |
| Destination | Country and delivery location, plus the required delivery date. |
| Documentation | Any technical specification or test report requirement for the selected product. |
How should I request custom printing?
Send the artwork and describe the finished result: dimensions, colors, text language, symbol orientation and repeat length. Reference photographs help explain appearance, while a dimensioned file is more useful for confirming production details. Ask the supplier to confirm the printing process and the final artwork before approving an order.
How are samples, MOQ and lead time confirmed?
These depend on the selected material, dimensions, printing, packaging and quantity. Ask for the sample cost, shipping arrangement, minimum order quantity and production lead time in the written quotation. Do not assume that a catalog photograph represents a stocked item or a fixed delivery promise.
Choose the right catalog section
Start with reflective tape for narrow reflective markings, reflective sheeting for film and sign-making formats, photoluminescent tape for glow markings, or photoluminescent film for wide rolls and conversion.
Send your request to Xingyuan
Email the product link and completed brief to sales@reflecfilm.com. If you are comparing several items, list the quantity and dimensions separately for each one. This makes it easier to prepare an itemized quotation and resolve differences before sampling or production.
