Multi-Color Reflective Rolls

Reflective Face Detail

Yellow Film and Release Liner

These individual rolls provide a closer view of the blue and yellow options. The material is supplied in roll form for cutting and sign fabrication. Specify the required color, width and length rather than selecting dimensions from the photographed proportions.
Plan Your Sign-Fabrication Process
- Color layout: List the colors and quantities required for sign backgrounds, lettering or reflective labels.
- Substrate: Identify the sign blank or mounting surface and whether it is flat or curved.
- Printing and cutting: Provide the intended ink, printer, cutting process and any laminate. Check compatibility on a sample before production.
- Performance: Specify the reflective grade, exposure conditions and any required project test documentation.
- Roll dimensions: Provide the width and length that fit your equipment and cutting plan.
Applying the Self-Adhesive Film
- Prepare a smooth, clean and dry surface. Remove grease, dust and loose coatings.
- Position the film and check the alignment before peeling the release liner.
- Remove the liner progressively and press the film evenly, working across the panel without stretching it.
- Inspect edges and any trapped air, then check the sample panel under the intended viewing conditions.
Questions Before Ordering
Is the release liner part of the finished sign?
No. The liner protects the adhesive before installation and is removed when the film is applied.
Can different colors be combined in one inquiry?
Yes. List each color with its required roll size and quantity so availability can be confirmed.
Can I use any printer or ink?
Printing compatibility depends on the selected film and process. Confirm the intended system and test a sample before committing to a production run.
