Confirm the exact width, length, thickness and core requirements on the quotation, including any custom slit width. The vertical drawing is a roll-format reference and is not to scale for the unwound film length.
The pictured end supports illustrate one way to protect a roll during packing. Confirm the selected packing method, roll quantity and labeling requirements for shipment rather than assuming every order includes the illustrated accessories.
Lettering and Symbol Applications
The sign collage shows examples of black lettering, arrows and pictograms on different sign backgrounds. These are finished-sign application references; the other colored materials, panels and mounting posts are separate from the black film roll.
For material selection, provide the intended substrate, cutting or printing process, indoor or outdoor conditions and order quantity. Confirm adhesion, film properties and compatibility with the chosen reflective background. The glossy black appearance in a photograph does not establish a retroreflective grade, service life or approval for a completed traffic sign.
