Where a sign requires a specific road-safety grade or standard, confirm an appropriate material and documentation before choosing this commercial-grade film.
The listed standard roll is 1.24 m × 45.7 m. If you need slit rolls or cut pieces, provide the finished dimensions and quantity. For mixed-color work, specify the amount required for each color rather than relying on the assortment shown in the images.
Printing and Cutting Checks
- Identify the process: provide the intended printer, ink system and cutting method.
- Test a sample: check print adhesion, drying or curing, cut quality and handling on the selected construction.
- Review the appearance: assess the finished graphic under the intended lighting, including printed and unprinted areas.
- Confirm the layout: include lettering dimensions, borders, cut paths and any required alignment between pieces.
Screen printing is listed among the processing options. Suitability for a particular ink or machine should be confirmed on a sample before a production run. Different color or film constructions should not be assumed to behave identically.
Applying the Adhesive Film
Use a clean, dry and compatible surface. Trial the material on the intended substrate, especially if it is textured, curved or coated. Align the graphic, peel the release liner progressively and press evenly without stretching. Follow the application conditions and waiting time confirmed for the selected material.
