Provide the color and quantity for each roll or cut size, the receiving surface and any printing artwork. For labels or strips, include a dimensioned drawing and indicate which side will be applied to the substrate. Roll Cores and Color Appearance
The additional roll views show the honeycomb surface in several colors and under different lighting. Compare the roll edges, surface pattern and appearance before choosing a sample. An illuminated photograph is not a measured brightness comparison; the reflective effect depends on the light source and viewing angle.
Prismatic Surface Close-Ups
These views provide a closer look at the repeating pattern across yellow, red, green, blue and white material. Color and grade should be specified together. Confirm the final color against a physical sample, particularly where the film must match an existing sign or marking.
Sign and Marking References
The illustrations show parking-sign and road-sign applications for reflective materials. They provide design references rather than confirmation that the exact film is approved for every pictured sign. Finished panels, posts and installation hardware are separate from roll-material supply.
Printing, Cutting and Adhesive Application
This PET film is supplied with pressure-sensitive adhesive and a protective release liner. Specify the roll dimensions or finished cut size, color and quantity for your project. For printed graphics, identify the printer, ink and artwork coverage so compatibility can be checked on a sample.- Prepare a clean, dry and compatible substrate.
- Test adhesion and the printing or cutting process on the selected material.
- Plan the layout before removing the release liner.
- Peel the liner gradually and press evenly without stretching the film.
- Follow the confirmed application conditions and inspect the finished face and edges.
