No. It is self-adhesive reflective sheeting supplied in roll form for converting into signs, labels or markings.
Does the material glow without a light source?
No. Retroreflective material returns incident light toward its source; it is not a self-illuminating or photoluminescent film.
Can the roll be cut to my required size?
