Multi-Color Decal Sheets
Pre-cut shapes are arranged on backing sheets. Choose your preferred color, shape combination and quantity.
Fluorescent Yellow Shape Set
Round, arrow, hexagonal and strip shapes are shown in fluorescent yellow. Confirm the dimensions of each shape before ordering.
Reflective Face Detail
The close-up shows the reflective surface and die-cut edges. Test adhesion and compatibility on the intended surface, especially helmet shells.
Choose a Shape and Color Layout
Pre-cut reflective shapes make it easier to plan markings around the space available on a bicycle, compatible helmet shell or equipment surface. The photographs show several sheet layouts, including mixed strips and circles, arrows, hexagons and shaped panels. Select a specific layout and color combination when ordering; the assortment photographs illustrate options rather than the contents of one universal set.
Shaped White Reflective Sets
These white or silver-colored examples show contour-cut pieces and panel layouts. Compare the individual shapes with the area you intend to mark. A set that fits one shell or frame may not fit another; provide dimensions or a drawing when requesting a custom layout.
Helmet Application Examples
The helmet photographs illustrate possible placement of reflective pieces on curved surfaces. Helmets are shown for application reference and are not included with the decal sheets. Check the helmet manufacturer’s guidance on adhesive labels and cleaning products, keep vents and required labels clear, and confirm compatibility with the actual shell before applying a set.
Printed Circles and Rounded Strips
Additional designs include printed face graphics, rounded strips and sheets of circular pieces. The surface patterns and colors vary between the pictured options, so specify the desired appearance as well as the shape. Request a sample if matching an existing decal or a particular reflective construction is important.
Backing and Placement Detail
The close-up shows an individual piece lifting from its backing sheet. Plan the position first, clean and dry a compatible surface, then peel and apply the piece with even pressure. Avoid touching the adhesive or forcing a flat piece over a tight compound curve. The application photograph is a placement example; use a layout appropriate to your own equipment.
Geometric and Arrow Options
Geometric pieces and arrow layouts offer alternatives for narrow or segmented spaces. Confirm the dimensions of each component, the number of pieces per sheet and the required color. Directional shapes are design elements; agree their orientation and arrangement in the final artwork.
Selection and Ordering
Send the selected layout, color, sheet quantity, individual-piece dimensions and intended mounting surface. For custom sets, include a dimensioned drawing and the required number of pieces per set. Tell us whether you need printed graphics and individual packaging.
Reflective decals rely on external light and their appearance changes with the viewing angle. They are supplementary markings; specify any regulated-use performance requirements separately and request the relevant material documentation. Sample availability, adhesive compatibility, packing and delivery will be confirmed for the agreed design.
